About Boca Country Club

Gated master community of about a dozen villages (condos, coach homes, villas, townhomes and single-family homes) built mainly 1986–1995 around an 18-hole course at 17751 Boca Club Blvd (originally designed by Joe Lee). The course was donated to the City of Boca Raton and reopened as the public Boca Raton Golf & Racquet Club in 2021, so club membership is optional.

How this guide is built — and its limits

Home counts and housing types come from every residential record in the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser's parcel data, grouped by recorded subdivision into the community names buyers use. Each home was matched to the School District of Palm Beach County's published attendance boundaries and to city/county limits. Data retrieved October 9, 2026.

School zones change. Boundaries are set by the School Board and can be revised, and choice, magnet and K-8 programs have their own rules. Always confirm a specific address with the District's official school locator. We do not rank schools or describe communities by the people who live there.

Gated, 55+, club and HOA notes were researched from public sources and are a starting point — association documents, the club and the HOA control. “Unknown” means we could not confirm it from a public source.
