5. Confirm what can change

6. Price the ownership plan—not only the view
Include marine-structure inspection, maintenance, possible repair, insurance, flood considerations, utilities, vessel storage and permitting constraints in the decision. Qualified contractors and advisers should confirm costs and feasibility.[7]
