HOA, fees and what to ask for
Saturnia Isles is governed by Saturnia Isles Homeowners Association, Inc. No Community Development District is listed for it by Palm Beach County. The association doesn't publish its dues, any resale capital contribution or its leasing rules online; ask for the estoppel certificate, the current budget and the recorded declaration before signing a contract.[8][12][11]
Land and planning
Saturnia Isles is part of the Sussman AGR-PUD in the county's Agricultural Reserve, first approved in August 2000 and amended several times since; the county caps the Saturnia Isles pods at 360 homes. The zoning conditions require sales contracts and association documents to disclose nearby agricultural uses, and call for underground utilities.[4][5][6][7]
